The restaurant Sodade di Nha Terra is larger than most restaurants in Sal Rei and is very popular with local people. The food is typical of the local restaurants with a menu of grilled fish and meats usually served with chips and rice. The speciality is goat's cheese.

This is surely one of the best restaurants on the island. The food here is so good! Once again they didnt disappoint - with platters of Tuna, Grouper, Goat, Pork and Chicken it was a true feast.
There is simply no comparison to the buffet style pizza and chips that the Riu serves up - the local restuarants are a must and this must be high on the list to try. For those staying there it is a short cab ride from the Rui too....

Hi Donomar,

Sodade di Nha Terra is the best restaurant on Boa Vista, the food and the wine are good. The restaurant is very popular with the local people, in fact last year the Major of Boa Vista arrived for a luchtime meal while I was dining there.
